TUV SUD interpreted the latest version of the EU Generator Set Standard EN ISO 8528-13:2016 and the latest power emission standard-Euro V for off-road engines. On December 31, 2016, the European Standards Commission (CEN) officially issued the latest standard EN ISO 8528-13:2016, which is the latest version of the EU General Safety Standard for Generators, and will be enforced from July 1, 2017. For engine power regulations, the EU non-road engine emission standard will be upgraded from Euro II to Euro V directly, in 2018. It will be implemented on January 1, 2019. There will be a transitional period of one year. It will be enforced on January 1, 2019.
